Sunday School Ministry

Sis. Lavenia Echols is Superintendent of Sunday Shool

Please know that, Sunday is not a separate group from the Church. Sunday School is the Church in study on Sunday morning. Please come and join us and be apart of Sunday School.

It is broken up into groups that fit the need of every family member regardless of age and size. We have a group to fit your needs. Teaching to us is a ministry. We teach to see lives changed. Look at who’s on our side. Old and New Testament.

Old Testament Approach

"Gather the people together, men, and women, and children, and thy stranger that is within thy gates, that they may hear, and that they may learn, and fear the Lord your God, and observe to do all the words of this law:" Deuteronomy 31:12

New Testament Approach

"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Matthew 28:19-20.

Please use your bible and look up each scripture below in our Mission Statement, and just look at what the Sunday School does:

Sunday School helps people to grow in grace and knowledge of Jesus (2 Peter 3:18).

Sunday School lead people to develop close love relationship with God which expresses

itself through obedience to His commands (Mark 12:30; John 14:15).
